If you have changed your mind and your product is unopened, you may return it within 14 days of ordering.

If your product is faulty within 28 days, please email HMD support

 

Christmas returns policy

Any orders purchased from 17/11 up until 17/12 can be claimed up until 31/12 if the box is unopened.

 

How to return my item?

  1. Contact our support team on HMD Support
  2. A collection will be arranged with our carrier once the details have been confirmed.
  3. Your item will be collected at the address you provide.
  4. Once the item is back in our warehouse, a refund/replacement will be arranged*

*On receipt of your product back at our warehouse, it is inspected.

  • The package is unopened and as new.
  • All returned products must have their packaging and all accessories returned.
  • There should be no physical or water damage.
  • All locks and pins should be removed, and your device should be factory reset.

If the above is not adhered to, your order will be returned to you.
